THE OUTPOST
We give priority bookings to large groups therefore small groups or couples should enquire no sooner than 1 month prior to arrival.
A two night minimum applies.
Party bookings for numbers over 12 incur the Exclusive Use rate.
$25 per head per night is real value for money. Infants three and under are free.
You have a choice of four bedrooms, each of which has a double, queen or king and a varying numbers of bunk beds. We endeavour to cater to your privacy needs so if you are two families or couples, we give you 2 or more rooms dependant on other bookings.
We provide underlays, sheet, pillow and pillow case in the bunk rooms. You bring your own sleeping bags/duvets unless otherwise arranged.
The cabin is $75 per night with a 2 day minimum. The semi detached room contains a comfortable queen bed a small sink, bedside table and a coffee table. This rate is for up to two people and includes bed linen and towels. A deck with a comfy couch not only gives a luscious bush and mountain view but also a private space away from the main building and shared space.
Exclusive use includes full & private use of the Outpost. All 28 beds including family bunk rooms, the cabin and the grounds/tent sites. Extra numbers must be arranged with management at the time of booking. Our exclusive rate is less than $25.00 per bed, per night, with no extra charge for additional guests camping.
Exclusive Christmas & New Year $700 per night, minimum 4 day booking.
Exclusive Easter $700 per night, minimum 3 day booking.
Exclusive Lodge Hire $650 per night, minimum 2 day booking at all other times. Party bookings for numbers over 12 incur the Exclusive Use rate.
By prior arrangement, socialised pets are welcome.
Appropriate sleeping arrangements should be provided.
As we are surrounded by native bush, protected wetlands and farmland, all owners are to be responsible to ensure their pets behave in an acceptable manner.
Please DO NOT worm or vaccinate less than one week prior to your arrival.
To secure your booking for Exclusive Use a deposit of $200 or 20% (which ever is greater) is required within 7 days of The Outpost acknowledging your booking by return email. Full amount is payable 30 days before arrival.
All Non Exclusive Rates - full amount is payable upon booking.
Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we apply a strict cancellation policy. When a cancellation is received within 30 days of the intended arrival date we retain 100% of the booking price. Every effort will be made to re-book the site and if successful the fee will be refunded.

The Outpost was the perfect place to celebrate turning 40! Great space for a party, heaps of room for everyone and good kitchen facilities. We brought our own sounds and food but they did get in touch to see if we needed anything arranging locally before hand.
